1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & EBOOKS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of:

Ebooks
Digital downloads
Downloadable files
Instant-access digital content

are considered final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Because digital products cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Compatibility issues

Exceptions
